Post-Residential Treatment for Mental Health
We guide individuals post-residential treatment to reenter their home and work lives, navigate relationships, and handle activities of daily living.
You made one of the toughest decisions of you life and went into residential treatment. Now what? Many programs give you the tools you need to recover. What they often don't give you are the tools and support you need after you leave. What's more, insurance companies have set up an alphabet soup with mindboggling requirements for post-treatment care.
And this is where we come in.
- Smoothing Your Reentry into Your Life: From the basics of starting to do Activities of Daily Living (e.g. cooking, laundry, shopping) to talking to friends and family to going back to work to possibly being home alone, we're here to help you develop strategies and give you tools to ease your way in. And we're available during outside of scheduled meetings.
- Emotional Regulation: You probably learned Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in residential treatment. We'll continue your path to contolling your emotions and thoughts and work though issues with you as they arise.
- Seeing Your Life Ahead: Goal setting and visualization of those things being a reality are way we will help you prepare for as you begin to blossom in your life.
We want to give you the support we wish had when we went through this. Even if we only have a preliminary call, we'd like to help you be as successful as possible in your renewed life.
