About the Team
David Lewis
Founder & Lead Coach
After a career in tech that included the myriad pitfalls of ADHD as well as a contentious divorce (not my choice), I found myself in residential treatment for depression. Part of how I overcame my funk (or maybe part of my masking) was helping the other residents of the house. I had also coached my friends and family through their divorces, always being the voice of reason to decrease conflict and putting their children first.
In 2023, I launched a passion project making leather fidget. I’ve always been a fidgeter (putting the H in ADHD) and haven’t found fidgets for adults that satisfy my itch. As I started to market the fidgets, I gained an understanding of my own ADHD and wanted to help others who have a hard time making life work in a neurotypical world. I began to (over)analyze my ADHD traits with a new framework to understand them and find a better path forward. I’m forever in search of tools to help me be productive and efficient. And that keeps me improving in how I can help others.
ADHD has made my life harder. My divorce made it harder. Entering residential treatment was a hard decision. It didn’t have to be. There are easier ways and I want to help you find them for yourself or someone you care about.
